You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time on the Premium page. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel directly through those platforms. After cancellation, you'll still have access to premium services until your current period ends.

In some jurisdictions, it is legally mandatory to arrange a formal employment contract when hiring childcare services. While our intake form is an excellent starting point for clarifying expectations, it may not meet all legal requirements for a binding contract in your area. We recommend completing our intake form with your babysitter and considering whether additional documentation is needed based on your local regulations, especially for regular arrangements. This helps protect both parties and ensures clear communication about responsibilities and payment terms.
